Setting the sights
This period of your life is often the busiest but generally the most rewarding.
You’re settled in your career, you have a home, a family and like to spoil yourself every now and then.
You value success, feel reasonably financially secure and growth is the primary objective of any investments.
At this stage, while you know you should be planning for your retirement, it’s something you rarely have time to do. When you’re busy paying off the mortgage, paying school fees, excursions, working, running the kids around, walking the dog, mowing the lawns and catching up with friends, who can blame you?
But it is something you should consider. It’s the perfect time to put a few things in place so you can continue to enjoy the life you’re living now and can continue to enjoy it when you stop working (albeit at a more relaxed pace).
If you don’t start planning, you could find yourself in a position where the little luxuries you enjoy just aren’t possible anymore.
The good news is, Aspire 2 does have the time to help you plan your financial future. We have a number of strategies that can help you minimise your tax, reduce your mortgage debt, make sure you have enough to cover education expenses, source good investment opportunities and be financially secure when you do finally retire.
No matter what stage of life you’re at, Aspire 2 can help you cope with what you’re dealing with now and what you’ll be dealing with in the future.
